What happens if my order isn't delivered?

In the rare event that your oder isn’t delivered, we’ll replace it.

What forms of payment do you accept?

At this time Interac E-Transfer is the only accepted form of payment method.

How does the ordering process work?

It’s easy as 1-2-3:

    1. Browse the store and add product to your cart
    2. Checkout and following the payment instructions on the checkout page
    3. Send us an Interac E-Transfer with your order total

Your order is automatically placed on hold after it’s created until we are able to verify your Interac E-Transfer. At that point the order is sent for fulfillment. This process takes no longer than a few hours.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, we currently offer two types of discounts:

  1. A traditional bulk discount that increases with each larger product quantity (i.e. eighth, quarter, half, ounce).
  2. A “can discount” that is automatically applied to your cart at the 10g, 25g, and 50g amounts, in addition to discount no. 1.

In addition to discounts we also offer sales pricing during special events throughout the year.

How do I register an account?

Registration is simple, just visit <<<<here>>>> to create your account. Please note that you will need to verify your email address to activate your account once it is created.

Am I making any sort of commitment when I become a client?

No, you are making no commitments of any kind by registering at this site. You are free to use it as little or often as you please. We also recognize and respect your ownership over your data, and we will honour account deletion requests by the account holder.

Upon submitting an order, however, you are making a commitment to send the total order amount via Interac E-Transfer to the email address listed on the checkout page (and order email once the order is submitted) within a few hours. We reserve the right to cancel orders for which we do not receive a matching transfer after quite some time.

Are there any additional fees, hidden or otherwise, subscriptions?

No. There are no fees, hidden fees, or subscriptions required to become our client, or to purchase from our store.
