How do I apply for membership?
Do you ship outside of Canada?
A: Due to regulations, we are unable to ship outside of Canada at this time.
What are your support hours?
A: Support is available via email for a same day response Monday thru Friday from 7am PT/10am EST to 7pm PT/10pm EST. Any inquiries received outside of these hours or on weekends will receive a response during the next active support hours.
How do I make my payment?
A: At the moment we only accept Interac E-transfer, we will be working on adding some crypto currencies to the platform in time.
How quickly do I need to pay?
A: Once orders are placed, they are kept on hold for 48 hours while awaiting payment. After 48 hours, if a payment is not received, the order will be deleted.
When I place my order, how long does it take for it to ship?
A: Orders are put into process as soon as we receive payment. Orders for which payment is received by 11am PT/2pm EST Monday thru Friday will be shipped out the same day. Any orders paid after that deadline on a weekday will be shipped next day; orders paid for after that deadline on Friday will be shipped on Monday. We do not ship on long weekends or holidays. How long does it take for my package to be delivered?
A: Delivery is based on Canada Post’s estimates for expedited shipping and varies by area. It can take anywhere from 2 to 5 days to arrive, particularly in more rural regions. Read our Get Started page for more information.
What are your shipping rates?
A: Shipping is a flat rate of $18 across Canada.
What is the signature/insurance fee?
A: There is an optional signature/insurance fee of $2 that covers orders up to $420. This means that, if your order is not received within 7 business days of Canada Post’s expected delivery date quoted on your tracking info, we will reship your package.
What happens if I miss my delivery and it gets returned to sender?
A: Any orders that are returned to sender are lost in the mail after that. We do not use our real return address for obvious reasons. This is not covered under our insurance program.
What if there are problems with my order?
A: Any issues with orders need to be brought to our attention within two weeks of the order being placed – after this we have the right to refuse compensation.
